On Friday, July 19, the Brooklyn Drum Collective presented an appropriately hot lineup of four bands on the roof of Bushwick venue Our Wicked Lady. For a taste, check out the recent episode of StereoActiveNYC featuring BDC’s own Carlo Minchillo here. True Dreams kicked off the night with a blistering set and Bizarre Sharks sent the night into overdrive with their wild party rock and Catty celebrated the debut of their Scratch tape with hooks and riffs galore. PowerSnap increased the intensity to levels matching the amount of sweat pouring off the roof. It was a near-perfect night of local music with a solid dose of drummer appreciation.
